Peblla, Inc. and its affiliates (“Peblla” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) value the privacy of individuals who use our application, websites, and related services (collectively, our “Services” or “Platform”). This Privacy Policy applies to our customers “Customers”, businesses selling products through our Platform (“Merchants”). A.1 Registration and Profile Information.

When you sign up for an account, register to use our Services, sign up for notifications or updates, or participate in our surveys, we ask you for your name, email address, and phone number. If you sign up using a social media account, we will also receive information from those social media services such as your name, email address, and phone number.


A.2 Communications.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. When you communicate with us online, third party vendors receive and store these communications on our behalf. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.


A.3 Careers.

If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. You may also apply through LinkedIn. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us on LinkedIn.


A.4 Payment Information.

If you make a purchase through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.





B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.

Location Information.

When you use our Services we may receive your precise location information. We also infer your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address.


Device Information.

We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.


User Content.

Users may post and share photos viewable by all other Users.


Usage Information.

To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, the searches you conduct, people you refer, purchases you have made, and the dates and times of your visits.

We and our third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. Call and Text Information.

We work with a third-party partner to facilitate validation text messages. We receive information about these communications, such as the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of any SMS messages.

User Content.

Our Services allow Users to find, enjoy, and share content. When you share content on our Platform your name, username, and other profile information will always be viewable and searchable by other users. The content you post to the Services will be displayed on the Services and viewable by other users by default. Although this content is public by default, below in the “Your Choices” section of this Privacy Policy, we describe the controls that you can use, along with other relevant settings associated with your account, to limit the sharing of certain information. We are not responsible for the other Users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Services.

You can prevent your device from sharing precise location information at any time through your device’s operating system settings.


Marketing Communications.

You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.


Do Not Track.

There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.


If you choose not to provide us with information we request, some features of our Services may not work as intended.





Data Retention

We take measures to delete your information or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when this information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we are required by law to keep this information for a longer period. When determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of products and services requested by or provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, the impact on the Services we provide to you if we delete some information from or about you, mandatory retention periods provided by law, and any relevant statute of limitations.

If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and you wish to remove content that you publicly posted, you may submit a request by contacting us at support@peblla.com.

Removing the public content does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information.

If you reside in California and have provided your personal information to us, you may request information once per calendar year about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. International Visitors

Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and processing. We offer financial incentives to consumers who sign up for our loyalty program, subscribe to our newsletters and updates, or otherwise consent to our collection, retention, or sale of personal information. The financial incentive offered is a discount on the price of Products and Services, based on continued patronage of our Services, or affiliation with an affiliate with which we partner.
